At the Konami press conference last night, it was revealed that New International Track and Field for the DS has passed Nintendo certification and is ready to ship this summer. The game uses the touch screen to engage players in over 20 sporting events that require frantic thrashing and precise tapping with the stylus. Shouting encouragement will also increase your character’s performance. The quick pick-up-and-play fun is being released on the 25th anniversary of the classic series’ debut in arcades.

Yesterday, we posted our list of The Worst Celebrity Renders of All Time, in which we laughed, cried and recoiled in horror as dozens of our favorite stars were transformed into unrecognizable pixel beasts. Robert Downey Jr., Cameron Diaz, Bruce Willis, Jessica Alba, Harrison Ford… no one was safe from the fuglifying powers of gaming technology.

We also discovered a lot of celebrities that were simply TOO TINY to discuss. They sure were adorable, though, so we found a way to include them. This contest.
